These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the gk23 platform and all its services. By using the platform through the gk23 website, mobile version, or any other digital channel, you are agreeing to these Terms.
The meanings of several key terms used in this document are set out below:
- "Platform" — The gk23 website, application, and all services provided through it.
- "User" or "You" — Any person registered on the gk23 platform.
- "Account" — Your personal user profile created by registering on the platform.
- "Balance" — The real money (funds) held in your account.
- "Bonus" — Additional credits awarded as part of a promotion.
- "Wagering" — The amount you need to bet in order to make a bonus withdrawable.
These terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the English version of this document shall be considered final.
Account Registration
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each person may open only one account on the gk23 platform. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
gk23 may at any time request government-issued identification (national ID card, passport), proof of address, or other documents to verify a user's identity. Withdrawal facilities may be suspended until verification is complete.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the gk23 support team immediately.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
The gk23 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. No person under the age of 21 may open an account or use the services on this platform.
- By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
- If age cannot be verified during the identity verification process, the account will be closed.
- Parents and guardians are also responsible for ensuring that minors do not access the platform.
- gk23 reserves the right to void any transactions made through an account operated by a minor.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently accepted on the gk23 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major scheduled banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Transactions from third-party names or different accounts are not permitted.
4.2 Minimum Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase during the verification process or due to technical reasons.
4.4 Source of Funds
You confirm that funds deposited on the platform are from legitimate sources and do not involve money laundering or any other unlawful activity. gk23 monitors suspicious transactions and reserves the right to report to relevant authorities where applicable.
4.5 Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails due to a technical error or network issue, notify the support team immediately. gk23 will take appropriate action subject to investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit at gk23, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,500. For deposits of ৳28,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 applies, making the total balance ৳48,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount — not to the original deposit. The current requirement is 15x. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each user may claim each promotion only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for gaming activity.
- gk23 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
- If gk23 suspects misuse of any bonus offer, it may investigate and take appropriate action.
- Users have the right to decline a bonus offer — contact the account support team in that case.
5.4 VIP Program
The gk23 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Higher tiers are reached based on regular and active play.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on the gk23 platform operate using certified, unbiased Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every outcome is entirely random and not predetermined.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error occurs during a game, gk23 reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the bet. Any abnormal winnings resulting from a software error will not be considered valid.
6.3 Use of Unauthorized Software
Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to operate games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and all funds forfeited.
6.4 Sports Betting
Once a bet in the sports betting section has been confirmed, it cannot be changed. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with gk23 policy.
User Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the gk23 platform:
- Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward other users.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
- Conducting money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Attempting to gain bonus or promotion benefits by creating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
- Unauthorized copying or redistribution of the platform's content, design, or code.
gk23 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close an account and forfeit associated funds for any of the violations listed above.
Privacy & Security
gk23 gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal data secure.

Account Closure
9.1 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Any remaining balance in the account may be withdrawn in accordance with the rules before closure.
9.2 Closure by gk23
gk23 may immediately suspend or close an account on suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or any other dishonest activity. Funds may be held during the course of an investigation.
9.3 Inactive Accounts
gk23 may take action on long-term inactive accounts in accordance with its own policy. Contact support for detailed information regarding the balance of an inactive account.
Limitation of Liability
gk23 strives to provide uninterrupted service, but cannot accept liability in the following circumstances:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
- Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or government directives.
- Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
- Loss resulting from a user sharing their account credentials with another person.
In any case, gk23's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
Responsible Gaming

- Avoid placing excessive bets in an attempt to recover lost money.
